Already finished the A1–A2 plan? Here\u2019s the sequel — the grammar that takes you from elementary to intermediate. Subjunctive, conditionals, passive voice, reported speech.
B1 is where Italian starts to feel expressive instead of just functional. You stop translating in your head — you start reaching for tenses by instinct. This plan assumes A2 is solid: you know passato prossimo, imperfetto, and the pronoun system. From here, we add the subjunctive (the tense that scares English speakers) and the full hypothetical system (se avessi saputo, avrei fatto). Thirty days gives you enough exposure for these structures to sink in; a few more months of reading and listening make them automatic.
