B2 mastery of the periodo ipotetico requires: (1) distinguishing all three types and mixed conditionals; (2) using qualora/ove/nel caso in cui correctly with congiuntivo; (3) recognising the literary inverted conditional; (4) applying conditionals in reported speech with correct tense shifts; (5) identifying and correcting errors; (6) choosing between condizionale presente/passato and futuro based on the speaker's intent.
