Rule reminder

Formal Italian avoids all contractions ('un po'', 'po''), abbreviated forms ('info', 'mail', 'doc'), colloquial adverbs ('super', 'davvero tanto'), informal conjunctions ('però' at sentence start, 'pure'), double negatives for emphasis, and spoken discourse markers ('ecco', 'beh', 'allora' as filler). Every word must match the formal register.
