Rule reminder

In extended texts, absolute constructions often appear multiple times, each with a different logical relationship. Analysis requires: 1) Identifying each absolute construction. 2) Determining what noun the participle agrees with. 3) Identifying the logical relationship. 4) Understanding how the absolute connects to the surrounding text. This is C1-level reading comprehension combined with B2 grammar analysis.
