Rule reminder
In legal Italian, absolute constructions appear in: 1) The 'premesse' section of contracts: 'Premesso che... / Considerato che...'. 2) The 'motivazione' of administrative acts: 'Visto / Vista / Visti / Viste + legislation'. 3) Court rulings: 'Ritenuto / Considerato / Atteso che'. 4) Operative clauses: 'Tutto ciò premesso, le parti concordano che...'. Agreement rules are strictly observed. The participle agrees with the preceding noun, or is invariable when followed by 'che' + clause.
In an administrative decision, 'Rilevato che la domanda è pervenuta oltre i termini stabiliti dall'avviso pubblico' does what?
