Rule reminder
The agent in fare causativo is the person introduced by 'a + noun' or 'da + noun'. They are the ones who actually perform the action. The subject of the main verb only causes/arranges it.
'Il direttore ha fatto scrivere il comunicato alla sua segretaria.' Who wrote the communiqué?
