Rule reminder

Concessive = an obstacle that does not prevent the main clause. Causal = reason/cause (perché, poiché, siccome, dato che). Consecutive = result/consequence (così che, tanto che, cosicché). Final = purpose/goal (affinché, perché + subjunctive, in modo che). Adversative = direct contrast (ma, però, tuttavia, eppure).
