Rule reminder

LEGAL ITALIAN CONDITIONALS: Italian law and contracts use qualora/ove/nel caso in cui + congiuntivo imperfetto for forward-looking conditions, and se + congiuntivo trapassato + condizionale passato for past violations. The impersonal passive (si procederà, verrà applicata) is common in the main clause.
