With 'stare + gerundio', pronouns (reflexive and object) can go BEFORE 'stare' (more common in speech) OR attached to the gerund (more formal). Both are correct: 'mi sto alzando' = 'sto alzandomi'. Never split them: NOT 'sto mi alzando'.
