Advanced bureaucratic Italian uses: si ravvisa la necessità di + infinitive (the need is identified), si ritiene opportuno + infinitive (it is deemed appropriate), si rende necessario + infinitive (it becomes necessary), si rende opportuno + infinitive (it is deemed fitting), si dà atto che + indicative (it is hereby acknowledged that), si prende atto di + noun (to acknowledge/take note of), si dà mandato di + infinitive (to mandate/instruct to). These are typical of institutional resolutions and administrative acts.
