Register markers in Italian are specific words and forms: formal verbs (sta, ha, può, vuole), formal pronouns (La, Le, Suo), formal vocabulary (vorrei, certamente, a mio avviso), vs informal verbs (stai, hai, puoi, vuoi), informal pronouns (ti, te, tuo).
