Master checklist: 1) Same subject? → per / in modo da + infinitive. 2) Different subjects? → affinché/perché/in modo che + congiuntivo. 3) Negative same subject? → per non / in modo da non + infinitive. 4) Informal? → così + indicativo. 5) Conditional? → a condizione che + congiuntivo.
