1. Who we are

The website fastitalianlearning.com (the "Site") is operated by LAPEGIS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15808981, with registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site or create an account. By using the Site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Account

You may browse the Site anonymously. To save learning progress you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

4. Content and intellectual property

All content on the Site — lessons, exercises, readings, blog articles, graphics, branding, code — is owned by LAPEGIS LTD or licensed to us. You may use it for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not:

• Copy, republish, distribute, or sell any content without written permission;
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Site beyond normal browser use;
• Reverse-engineer any part of the platform;
• Use the content to train AI models.

5. Free content and paid lessons

Grammar exercises, lessons, readings and vocabulary tools are free. We also offer paid 1-on-1 live lessons with Pasqualino Ferrari ("Super Squalo"), bookable via the Site. Paid products include:

• Trial lesson — €1, 25 minutes;
• 5 lesson pack — €99;
• 10 lesson pack — €179;
• 20 lesson pack — €329.

Prices are in EUR and include any applicable VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.

6. Booking, rescheduling and cancellations

• Lessons can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, via the link in your calendar invite.
• Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours before, or missed ("no-show"), are forfeited.
• Lesson packs are valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused lessons after that period expire.

7. Refund policy

Under UK consumer law and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to canceldigital services from the date of purchase, provided no lessons from the pack have yet been taken. If one or more lessons have been used, the cancellation no longer applies and only unused lessons are considered — refundable pro-rata at our discretion.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order reference. Refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

8. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes;
• Abuse, harass or threaten the teacher or other users;
• Attempt to disrupt the Site's operation or security;
• Upload malicious code.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund where appropriate.

9. Third-party services

The Site integrates Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Google Analytics (usage analytics) and YouTube (video embeds). Each has its own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided "as is". We make no warranties that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for any specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (e.g., death, personal injury, fraud).

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Site, features, pricing or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Site or via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
