'Buono' — 'BWO-no'. Two syllables. The 'uo' is a rising diphthong — say 'u' quickly then 'o'.

'Buono sconto' = discount voucher/coupon. 'Posso usare' = can I use. This is more relevant at organised market events than at spontaneous street markets.
