Rule reminder
Italian has a scale of politeness for requests: vuoi/puoi (neutral) < potresti/vorresti (polite conditional) < potrebbe/vorrebbe (formal conditional, Lei) < Le sarebbe possibile... (very formal). Higher formality = more polite.
