Rule reminder

'Chiunque' (whoever/anyone who) introduces a subordinate clause where the verb must be in the SUBJUNCTIVE. This is because 'chiunque' expresses a hypothetical, non-specific person. Present subjunctive for current/future situations; past subjunctive for past events.
