Rule reminder

The prefix s- (from Latin ex-) indicates removal, reversal, or undoing: slegare (to untie), scomodo (uncomfortable), sbottonare (to unbutton), scongelare (to defrost/thaw). It is very productive in Italian and often corresponds to English 'un-' or 'de-'.
