SEMBRARE = to seem. MI SEMBRA = it seems to me (singular). MI SEMBRANO = they seem to me (plural). Used to express opinions: 'Mi sembra facile' = It seems easy to me.
Come si dice 'You (pl.) think it's a good plan'? (= It seems good to you all)?
