Rule reminder
In real conversation, double object pronouns replace nouns that have already been mentioned. Identify: (1) Who is the indirect object? (2) What is the direct object and its gender/number? (3) Apply the correct combined form. Remember: mi→me, ti→te, ci→ce, vi→ve (before lo/la/li/le/ne); gli/le always →gli-.
