Rule reminder
Ci (to us) changes to ce before a direct object pronoun: ce lo (m. sg.), ce la (f. sg.), ce li (m. pl.), ce le (f. pl.), ce ne.
Non abbiamo ancora la conferma. La segretaria ___ ha mandata stamattina. (She sent it to us this morning.)
