Common condizionale errors: using the future instead of condizionale ('andrò' instead of 'andrei'), wrong irregular stem ('averei' instead of 'avrei'), wrong ending ('dovreste' for 2sg instead of 'dovresti'), or using present tense where condizionale is needed.
