Rule reminder
A complete 'How are you?' exchange: Question (Come stai? / Come sta?) → Answer (Bene/Così così/Non c'è male, grazie.) → Follow-up (E tu? / E Lei?). Keep the register (formal/informal) consistent throughout.
Which full exchange is correct and consistent in register?
