Rule reminder
In complex sentences, c'è and ci sono still agree with the noun that follows them. Find the main subject noun and check if it is singular or plural.
Nel quartiere _____ un solo supermercato, che però _____ sempre pieno. (In the neighborhood there is only one supermarket, which however is always full.)
