Mini Dialogue

— Do you have a local sweet wine? — Yes, our Recioto della Valpolicella — dried grapes, velvety and aromatic. — Does it pair with dessert? — Perfectly, or even alone as a meditation wine.

Cultural Note

Recioto della Valpolicella is the sweet forefather of Amarone. When fermentation continues until all sugar converts to alcohol, the result is dry Amarone. Legend says Amarone was born from an 'escaped' Recioto that fermented too long.
