Can I see the right size?
'Giusto' — 'JOOS-to'. Two syllables, stress on first. The 'gi' = 'j' sound as in 'justice'.
When the display shoe is the wrong size and you want to see one in your size. Before trying, always ask for the right size — display shoes may be too large or small.
'Vedere' = to see. Here it means 'to be shown/to see and try'. 'Il numero giusto' = the right size. 'Giusto' = right/correct. Very simple and direct.

Specifying stockroom check when display is empty
Italian shoe shop stockrooms ('magazzini') are often quite small, especially in boutiques. Staff may have to search for your size — showing patience and appreciation while they check is good Italian shopping etiquette.
