Rule reminder
Formal written Italian prefers complex subordinate clauses (hypotaxis) over coordination with 'e/ma/però'. Features: participial clauses ('avendo considerato', 'tenuto conto di'), relative clauses with 'il quale/la quale', gerund constructions, and nominalization ('la realizzazione di' instead of 'realizzare'). Colloquial Italian prefers parataxis (coordination).
