Rule reminder
'Solere + infinitive' means 'to be in the habit of doing something / to usually do'. It is FORMAL and literary, more common in written Italian. Forms: 'suolo, suoli, suole, sogliamo, solete, sogliono' (present); imperfect: 'solevo, solevi, soleva...' (more common). 'Sono solito/a + inf' is a slightly less formal equivalent. Example: 'Suole alzarsi presto' = He usually gets up early (formal); 'Era solito alzarsi presto' = He used to get up early.
'___ alzarsi alle sei ogni mattina.' (He usually gets up — formal present) Correct form?
